Booking Policy (short events of duration 0 to 3 days)

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received Part/full payments in advance
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 3 days prior to departure date

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund 14days prior to departure date, exclusive of GST.
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 3 days prior to departure date or full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 3 to 1 days prior to departure date or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 1 day prior to event date.

Inclusions:

• Accommodation in rooms as given at hotels in Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil, Ac Room with breakfast and all taxes.
• Meet and greet service at the airport.
• All sightseeing by Ac Ertiga / Xylo / Scorpio Private at all the islands.
• All side Ferry Tickets Included 3 Side Private Cruise to Havelock and Neil
• Full day tour with all transfers including airport pick up and drop
• All entry tickets, ferry tickets, and permit charges.
• Breakfast at respective hotels.
• Parking charges

Exclusions:

• Flight Tickets are not included.
• Vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands
• Other meals not mentioned are laundry, telephone calls, and incidentals.
• Any personal expenses. Room service and special orders. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Camera Tickets are NOT INCLUDED in the mentioned cost of Sightseeing & Transfers.
• Any extra excursion or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary.
• Lunch & Dinner Is Not Included.
• Water Sports Activity Not Included.

• There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organizers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to make decisions in favors of each participant.
• Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
• Smoking or drinking alcohol, indulging in drugs or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage it to do the same anywhere else.
• Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organizers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of Intentional delays, property damage, Vehicle Damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
