Booking Policy (short events of duration 0 to 3 days)

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received Part/full payments in advance
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 3 days prior to departure date
• SDF amount needs to be paid in Cash compulsory

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund 14days prior to departure date, exclusive of GST.
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 3 days prior to departure date or full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 3 to 1 days prior to departure date or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 1 day prior to event date.
• Booking amount is nonrefundable, refund applicable only if full amount is already paid by you - before mentioned duration. 

Inclusion:

• 6 Night Stay 3*Accommodation (Double - Sharing Basis)
• All Transportation (Bagdogra to Bagdogra). (Innova, Tempo traveler - Indian side, Creata, Toyota coaster, Toyota HiAce - Bhutan side Vehicle as per Group side).
• Food (Breakfast & Dinner) Total 12 Time (6 Breakfast- 6 Dinner)
• SDF (1200RS per day Per Person).
• All Sightseeing.
• Welcome by cake & Wine.
• Bhutanese Guide Charge (Local guide).
• Driver tall/tax/allowance.
• All Permit & on arrival visa process.

Exclusion:

• Any entry fees.
• Any emergency charges.
• Any entry Fees.
• Any for that not mentioned above.
• Vehicle time for sightseeing is 9:00AM to 6:00PM
• Any activities like stone bath, Rafting etc.
• Any Personal shopping.
• Any type of Alcohol.

Required Document:

• Bring your original Voter Card or a valid Indian passport. (Passport with six months of validity from the last day of your Bhutan trip).
• For Children (Under 18): - Passport or Birth Certificate. (Details Should be written in English not in regional language).
• Notice: Aadhaar Card is not accepted for adults or children. If using a Voter ID, it must be the original issued by a government office, not a PVC card printed from an online download.
• No passport-size photocopies or any copies of your Voter ID or passport are required; only the original documents need to be carried.

Rules:

• While we assist with booking transportation such as buses, trains, or flights, Travel operator is not responsible for any delays, schedule changes, or cancellations.
• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• Refunds are applicable only if you have paid the full amount and the cancellation is made within the specified refund policy duration.
• If the client cancels the booking, no refund will be applicable.
• In the event of a cancellation initiated by Company due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, safety concerns, or other unavoidable reasons, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, Company will provide you with the maximum possible refund, based on the expenses incurred.
• We strive to include maximum sightseeing and activities as per the itinerary.
• Occasionally, places or experiences may be added, removed, or modified based on: Group interest. - Weather conditions. - Crowd levels.
• These changes are made to enhance the overall experience for each batch. We request participants to remain open to experiencing something authentic and unique.
