Valley of Flowers & Hemkund Sahib

• Trek (Pulna to Ghangharia): 9 km | 4 hours.
• Scenic trek from Ghangaria to valley of flowers.
• Trek towards Hemkund Sahib.

Basic Essential:

• Bagpack (Main bag, preferably rucksack)
• Small bagpack (to carry water bottle & personal stuff /20-30 ltr)
• Refillable Water bottle
• Sports/Trekking shoes (comfortable in long hike/trek)
• Socks ( extra pair of woolen socks)
• Slipper/Sandals
• Original ID proof

Clothing:

• Thermal Inners
• Pair of light clothes, as per requirement
• Winter jackets/Woolen/Sweater
• Raincoat/poncho (In case of snow/rain )
• Winter cap/Head cover/woolen cap
• Hat/Cap to cover your head in direct sunlight
• Handkerchief - towel - napkin
• Gloves

Personal Utilities & Accessories:

• Sunglasses
• Skin Moisturizer, lipbam, Sunscreen etc.
• Personal Sanitary Items
• Camera, Power Bank, Charger, Earphone, Bluetooth speaker depending on personal need
• Personal Medication if any
• Polythene bags to store wet clothes/personal waste

Booking Policy:

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received part/full payments
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 14 days prior to trip date

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund 28days prior to trip date exclusive of GST
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 28 to 14 days prior or Full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 7 days prior or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 7 days prior to event date

INCLUSIONS:

• Accommodation (as per the itinerary): Guest house in Govindghat Day 1 and Day 5 as per the itinerary. Ghangharia on Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4.
• All meals (including tea, snacks etc.) from Day 1 Dinner to day 5 dinner.
• 1 Mountaineering & First aid qualified professional trek Leader.
• Local experienced guides (Number of guides depending on the group size).
• Enough support staff.
• Medical kit, Stretcher, Oxygen cylinder, Oximeter, Stethoscope.
• Transportation (as per the itinerary): Transport from Rishikesh to Govindghat and back ( As per the itinerary).

EXCLUSIONS:

• GST.
• All items of a personal nature & anything not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’
• Any entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in the ‘Inclusions’
• Porter, pony, horse, train & air tickets charges.
• All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals that are not specified.
• Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance, Laundry charges, Mineral Water & Telephone charges.
• The AC in the transport vehicle would be turned OFF when the hill area starts.
• No misbehaviour whatsoever will be entertained.
• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary or inclusions may attract extra charges.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organizers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to make decisions in favors of each participant.
• Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
• Smoking or drinking alcohol, indulging in drugs or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage it to do the same anywhere else.
• Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organizers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of Intentional delays, property damage, Vehicle Damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
