By Using this website, booking tours and participating in any event, I, the participant, Guest do hereby acknowledge, covenant and agree for myself, my family, heirs, etc. and attributes as follows:

1. Participation in the Tours/Trips/Adventure activity including travelling in vehicles, boating, trekking, hiking, climbing, cycling, rappelling, rafting, camping, diving, etc. can have a risk of injury or accidents. Exposure to natural elements may cause Sunburn, dehydration, heat exhaustion, heatstroke, heat cramps, Altitude sickness, Fatigue, and Exhaustion can be uncomfortable or harmful or cause injury.
2. There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organisers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to make decisions in favour of each participant.
3. I acknowledge and I am fully aware of the inherent risks associated with participation in the Event/Activity/Trip/Tours/Treks and to the maximum extent allowed by law, I Waive, Release, and Discharge Organizers, Members & Associates from any negligence, claims, losses, or causes of action, but not limited to death, personal injury or property damage arising out of my own voluntary participation in the above-mentioned Event/Activity.
4. The said activity I am participating in is an outdoor activity organised by the Deja-vu tours which is meant for recreation purposes only. I am voluntarily participating and consented to my own risk and peril involved in this Event/Activity.
5. I affirm that I am in good physical health and have read the event grading and I am confident of my ability to take part in the said activity. I have no significant Injury, medical ailments, or conditions that would counter-indicate any disability to take part in the outdoor activity.
6. Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
7. Smoking or Drinking Alcohol, indulging in drugs, or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage the same anywhere else.
8. Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organisers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of Intentional delays, property damage, Vehicle Damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
9. I will pay all shared expenses, dues and any other additional expenses that may arise due to any uncertainty, natural calamities, Uncontrollable Events.
10. I hereby give permission for Deja-vu Tours and its Organisers to secure medical treatment for me in the event of an emergency. I authorise the physician or medical personnel or Certified First Aider present to provide treatment deemed necessary by them.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Dejavu Tours.
• Partial or full payment may be required to confirm bookings depending on the tour package.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, permits, or government regulations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the destination, hotel, transportation provider, and tour package.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
• Processing charges, permit fees, visa fees, and non-refundable reservations may be deducted from the refund amount.

User Responsibilities

• Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, valid identification documents, and complying with travel guidelines and local regulations.
• Dejavu Tours shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information submitted by users.

Limitation of Liability

Dejavu Tours acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, natural disasters, political disturbances, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Travelers participate in tours at their own discretion and responsibility.

By submitting enquiry forms on our website or through Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, users consent to receive communication from Dejavu Tours through:

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
