• Sports/Trekking shoes (comfortable in long hike/trek)

• Thermal Inners
• Pair of light clothes, as per requirement
• Winter jackets/Woolen/Sweater
• Raincoat/poncho (In case of snow/rain )
• Winter cap/Head cover/woolen cap
• Hat/Cap to cover your head in direct sunlight
• Handkerchief - towel - napkin
• Gloves

Personal Utilities & Accessories:

• Sunglasses
• Skin Moisturizer, lipbam, Sunscreen etc.
• Personal Sanitary Items
• Camera, Power Bank, Charger, Earphone, Bluetooth speaker depending on personal need
• Personal Medication if any
• Polythene bags to store wet clothes/personal waste

Booking Policy

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received Part/full payments in advance
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 3 days prior to departure date

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund 14days prior to departure date, exclusive of GST.
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 3 days prior to departure date or full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 3 to 1 days prior to departure date or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 1 day prior to event date.

Inclusion:

• Transportation (Dehradun to Dehradun, Time as mentioned in Itinerary)
• Food: Day 1 Dinner to Day 6 Breakfast (Along with energy drink, soup, tea-coffee, juice, chocolate bar, biscuit etc. during trek)
• 5 Night Accommodation as mentioned in itinerary 
• Tents, Mattresses, and Sleeping Bags
• Toilet Tents – Dry Pit Style, Kitchen Tent, Equipment & All Rations
• Cook-Helper, Support Team, Porter/Mule(for equipment)
• Guide, First Aid, Entry Fees
• Mountaineering Course Qualified Trek Leader
• Local Support Team for Geographical Intelligence
• Crampons / Micro-spikes to the Trekkers (if Required)
• First-Aid Medical Kit and walkie talkie with the Team
• Oxygen Cylinder and Stretcher in case of Emergency

Exclusion:

• 5% GST
• Any personal expenses not mentioned above
• Monument/ Monastery entry tickets
• Extra meals, beverage not mentioned above
• Any cost arising due to any unforeseen situation including any medical emergency or natural calamities

• There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organizers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to make decisions in favors of each participant.
• Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
• Smoking or drinking alcohol, indulging in drugs or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage it to do the same anywhere else.
• Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organizers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of Intentional delays, property damage, Vehicle Damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
